"Worked on a homework assignment of vapor pressure, determining the amount of sublimation/evaporation, the Clausius-Clapeyron equation, and boiling point. Then went over some of the questions on the review packet for the upcoming test -- additional topics included phase diagrams, freezing point, and conductivity."
"The student had an exam and we went over the study guide for the exam as well as the chapter problems. She is ordering acids and base, from strong to week and looking at Bronsted-Lowry acids as well as Lewis Acids. She is using the Henderson-Hasselbach equation to calculate for the pH or the concentration of one of the species. We also worked about 6 homework problems."
"We went over Gibbs free energy, entropy, and enthalpy. We went over a worksheet that had problems regarding these concepts. We also went over some topics on kinetics, microstates, and laws of thermodynamics. The student did not have too much trouble with quantitative questions, though she did have a few questions about the material. She felt more comfortable with the material after we went over the worksheet."
