Recent Tutoring Session Reviews
"We continued where we left off by looking at stoichiometry, this time with gases involved in the mix. The first half was spent going over how to do problems involving gases, and the student improved until he could do the problem almost entirely on his own. I helped him to see a method where he could slowly break it down one piece at a time. This process should help him, and with more practice, he should be doing well in this concept."
"We covered boiling point elevation, freezing point depression, mass percent and molality. He had some questions with freezing point depression initially, but voiced that the material was much clearer at the end of the session."
"The student and I kept reviewing for her test during this session. We mostly discussed acid/base interactions. We spent the rest of our time figuring out what else she needed to work on before the test. I think she will feel much better prepared after she gets good at these acid/base problems."
